Really to get round the effort to manually cover the breadsticks with the sesame seeds, we built the first sesame breadsticks machine which raised enthusiasm both in customer and builder. Today, after several improvements, we are able to moisten and cover the whole surface of the breadstick with the sesame seeds.

Compeletely in stainless steel it respects the most scrupulous alimentary hygienic rules and works all the type of dough mix. The easiness in the replacement of the forming rollers allows to obtain various types of breadsticks The lenght of the breadstick is predetermined and always hit the centre of the pan. The breadsticks machine can be provided without the automatic sheeter. It will always be possible to buy it subsequently.

The sheeter was exclusively studied to feed the breadsticks machine which need a homogeneous puff pastry with constant thickness and length

The thickness of the dough can be adjusted. The speed of the three incorporate sheeting groups, is variable by suitable inverters which, connected among them, change the speed of the machine. Furthermore two joggers strenghten the dough laterally.
