It is equipped with:

  • a long feed belt to reduce continuous loads of dough
  • oversized sheeting rollers to lay down the dough
  • satellite rotating cylinders to roll out the dough
  • cylinders for finishing the dough
  • forming unit shape the breadsticks
The thickness of the dough is adjusted by means of handwheels with numerical indicators easy to read. All lengths of the breadsticks can be changed easily with just a simple push on display without stopping the machine. The new guillotine knife allows to cut breadsticks of large diameter. The cutting device allows to produce breadsticks of a few centimetres in lengths. Breadsticks are placed on pans in a fully automatic way. Pans are manufactured and patented by PRIM ITALIA S.r.l. The high degree of automation allows the production of breadsticks with soft dough and hard dough.

A long conveyor belt allows to upload large amounts of dough.


Three series of rolling cylinders reduce the thickness of the dough up to a few millimetres without straining the dough.


The new microprocessor allows to change the lengths of breadsticks with a simple touch on the display.


A guillotine knife, allows to cut breadsticks with large diameters and different lengths. The cutting device allows to produce breadsticks of a few centimetres in length.


Forming rollers are easy to replace.


A large storage allows to load pans continuously, without interruption. A proximity switch stops the machine and alerts when the magazine is empty.
