BREAKING / STRETCHING MACHINE

BREAKING MACHINE is recommended for soft and proofed dough. Its patent knife avoids the sticking of the dough to the cut blade. It is possible to obtein sizes of variable weight indipendent from the production speed, with a variator. To obtein a regular and continuos dough, is necessary to insert one dough sheeter before the knife. If necessary, the piece of dough can be directly rolled up.

The longitudinal STRETCHING MACHINE has a series of patent chains put fan-shaped. The two external chains are double and placed upon to take the two extremities of breadsticks and extend it to predeterminate measure. Tha machine can be rigged with the side cut of the breadsticks extremities and with the automatic load on pans of the product.
