The breadsticks are cut to the machine exit according to the wished lengths and deposited on pans with corrugations.

At the forming rollers exit the breadsticks are widened by a system with double spiral- springs and directed into the humidifier and duster of sesame seeds.

The pans are automatically loaded inside the breadstick machine. The big containing capacity allows the operator long times among the supplies.

A great attention and care was kept for the safety of the operator. all the mechanisms are in fact equipped with protections. Another aspect on which we focused our attention during the planning of the machine is the easy-cleaning. The breadstick machine is made of stainless steel of big thickness.

The sheeter was exclusively studied to feed the breadstick machines which need a homogeneous puff pastry with constant thickness and length.
The thickness of the dough can be adjusted.
The speed of the three incorporate sheeting groups, is variable by suitable inverters which, connected among them, change the speed of the machine. Furthermore two joggers strengthen the dough laterally.
