The machine is built of stainless steel and makes breadsticks and other products to geometrical shapes by a previously sheeted puff pastry. The breadstick cutting and the loading on the pans are completely automatic. The tension of the breadsticks on the pan is regulated by a speed variator. A lever allows to change the length of the breadstick with the machine in motion. The breadstick machine is suitable to work both soft and hard doughs and to operate with flat or corrugated pans. All rotary parts are assembled on bearings. The machine is at the forefront and built with the most modern technologies available on the market.
