The breadstick cutting is done automatically: the desired length is obtained moving the lever of the selector.

The loader contains a quite good quantity of pans that are disposed into the breadstick machine one by one.

A group of sheeting rollers allows to obtain a dough with the thickness suitable for every diameter of breadstick you want to produce.

The thickness of the dough is displayed by a numerical indicator of easy reading.

This machine is made of stainless steel and it is placed on wheels. It produces breadsticks and other products with geometrical shapes from a puff pastry already sheeted. The breadstick cutting and the loading on the pans are completely automatic. The tension of the breadsticks on the pan is regulated by a speed variator. A lever allows to change the length of the breadstick, even if the machine is working. The breadstick machine is suitable to work both soft and hard doughs and to operate with flat or corrugated pans. On demand, the machine can download the product on a conveyor belt directly. All rotary parts are assembled on bearings.
