The sheeter was exclusively studied to feed the breadsticks machine which need a homogeneous puff pastry with constant thickness and lenght.
The tickness of the dough can be adjusted.
The speed of three incorporate sheeting groups, is variable by suitable inverters which, connected along them, change the speed of the machine.

Furthermore two joggers strenghten the dough laterally.
