SHEETER mod. MINIBLITZ TRL

This unit transforms the dough that comes out of the mixer into a continuous and homogenous dough ribbon of the required width and thichness. It is particularly suitable for feeding machines that require steady feeding. The weight of the dough ribbon is balanced for all its length. It dosn't need working hands except for loading the hopper. Since it is controlled by an autonomous speed variator it can be used on the existing line which dosn't need modification. It is provided with two lateral devices to stregthen the sheeted dough on the external edges.

All rotating parts are assembled on supports and ball bearings. If requested a conveyor belt automatically feeds the hopper.
