BREADSTICKS
STRETCHED ON PAN mod. “COMBIMULTIPLA”
The machine
makes a continuous and homogeneous puff pastry from a long piece
of dough.
A cutter slices
it into uniform stripes.
The breadsticks
are cut orthogonally to the puff pastry in different sizes and weights
by a rotating cutter continuously.
The breadsticks
are settled on chains which stretch them by a open wide movement.
The extended
breadsticks are placed into the pans automatically.
The machine
can also be built with a special device able to cut and recover
the side heads of the breadsticks.
