BREADSTICKS
MACHINE A group of machines belonging to the new generation which can be controlled by microprocessor units. The sheeter MINIBLITZ TRL is fed with pieces of dough of various weight that transforms it into a continuous strip. A RESTING ROOM rests the dough before it goes into the BREADSTICK MACHINE INDUSTRIALE 2 L.F. and then, by a group of sheeting rollers and a group of interchangeable forming rollers, makes breadsticks of different diameters. A spring device extends and divides the rows of breadsticks. It's equipped to automatically selects the different lengths of the breadstick. A "Click" avoids the breadsticks being deposited on the perimetrical edge of the pan. The breadsticks are cut to the desired length and deposited automatically onto the pans. The forming rollers are hardened and all the grooves are equipped with self-contained scrapers which are adjustable separately.
