BREADSTICKS MACHINE mod. ARTIGIANA C.L.

The machine produces breadsticks and other products of geometrical shape. In addition to automatic cutting and panning it's equipped with a group of sheeting rollers which produce pieces of dough at different thicknesses measuring 1,5 metres in length. The production speed of the sheeting group is higher than that of the forming rollers, so that the sheeted dough is fed continuously without interruption. The machine has a speed variator regulating the tension of the breadsticks on the pan.
A simple lever can modify the breadsticks length even when the machine is in operation. This model is suitable for working soft or hard doughs and works with flat or corrugated pans.

All rotating parts are assembled on ball bearings. The machine is built from stainless steel and it's placed on wheels.
